Professional, responsive to my problem: With the cup tightened onto the emulsifier cross blade, I placed onto base unit and pressed down only to have it such that I could not get it off. The customer service agent understood my problem, told me to clip cord and throw the unit away, then sent me a new one with minimal shipping charges. I am awaiting my replacement eagerly, which is tracked to arrive only one week after I reported the problem. Happy again.

I received my N'Bullet as a gift for Christmas. I have been blending up a storm. The 600W is just enough to do what I need it to do. I am able to blend together all of my ingredients which consist of ice cubes, nuts, veggies and fruit. This product is easy to clean and store. I am looking forward to investing more into this product by purchasing more accessories.
Note: do not blend too long of time because the motor will stop. After a few hours mines started back up. This only happened once.
