I love my NutriBullet - I make smoothies using green veggies and fruits on a daily basis. The NutriBullet is part of my healthy diet plan and I have lost weight.

Have had unit for three years and suddenly starting making loud noise when using. Was told what the problem was and a replacement part is on it's way to me now.

The Customer Service helped me fix my Nutribullet over the phone and now it works great again. One thing you might want to consider is making it easier to close device a lot of senior citizens have trouble with using this because they cant open and close it.

I wish the tabs didn't wear out

The tabs on each of the cups have always worn out and just whittled themselves down to nothing so you cannot use the machine. Fortunately for me, I have a lifetime warranty which I understand is no longer offered. So far there have been no real issues with any replacements. I hope it stays that way. Great service so far. The guy who helped me a few days ago was awesome. I wish everywhere had the same caliber of customer service reps as he is.
