I bought this a couple of weeks ago and I'm very impressed with it's ability to grind the smallest of seeds to nothing. I no longer have to floss seeds from my teeth after my smoothies.

After only 4 uses my magic bullet got extremely hard to push down to get it to work. I called customer service and they gave me the instructions on how to correct the problem, get it working correctly, and how to maintain it.
