I bought this to replace an old full size blender that no longer did the job and was SO LOUD! This NutriBullet is the first thing the kids head to when they get home from school before running back out for sports. I love that they are making healthy smoothies and not reaching for a soda or salty snack.

I recently purchased my second NutriBullet as the motor in the first one seized after 3 years of use. I am hoping this one lasts longer. I went with this machine again as I have accessories for it.

The product was replaced by you because after a few uses I could not push the container down to make it work. One of the levers was stuck and would not move. I did, however, receive excellent customer service when I called to complain. Evidently the serial number on my NutriBullet was from 3 years ago even though I just purchased it in February, 2016.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
