Everything I expected...

I like that I can charge my phone without effort, either vertically or horizontally. This is quite convenient if I wish to watch something on my phone while it charges. I also like that I can use my phone in its upright position while charging at the same time. My last 4 phones have been Samsung Galaxy S models and I purchased this fast charger for my current phone. Now I'm waiting on my Samsung Smart TV to arrive. I guess you can say that I'm a bit bias in regards to Samsung products!
Pros: Inexpensive, Lightweight, charges really fast, space-saving design
Cons: none.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Will not charge a note 9 with an Otterbox defender

I own two galaxy s8 phones and an s7 edge all of which will charge with the otterbox case installed. The Note 9 will not. I own 2 of these chargers and 2 lay flats none of them will charge the note.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This device will charge your phone wireless, but it does not compare to being connected by cable. Unless you charge overnight when you sleep it will be fine, otherwise this device charges extremely slow.

Doesn't actually "Fast Charge"

This does not actually Fast Charge. I tend to just plug my phone in directly rather than using this because it takes much longer to charge when I place it on the wireless charger. Since it's not really wireless (you have to plug the charger in and then just place your phone on it) it really doesn't provide any added convenience.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations

Charges slower than regular charger

This did not charge faster than the charger that came with my s7 edge. It was one hour slower. All my settings were correct but the charger was slower. It is convenient to place and charge but takes longer. They should have an option of laying the phone flat. Only buy for the convenience not for a fast charge.

Cons: Did not meet expectations, charges too slow

I just bought this yesterday. Will charge for a few SECONDS then I get WIRELESS CHARGING PAUSED. It will be going back to the store tomorrow. Had to warranty out TWO s7 in less than 2 months. Samsung, you are dropping the ball!

I hate this charger for two reasons.

The two reasons I hate this charger: The lip that keeps the phone from sliding off the stand is too small if you have a case, any case. I have a thin case and I have to align it at the bottom carefully or it will slide right off. If you have an otterbox you are probably out of luck.
Secondly, the phone has to be almost perfectly aligned to charge. Sometimes the charge light and phone will show a charge but will stop sometime later if the phone is slightly off center.
Otherwise has been good.
