It's pretty but not fast

First night I had my phone it got down to 13% battery. I set up the wireless charger and it said 3 hours 47 min till full charge. I plugged the phone into a non-Samsung cord hooked to a non-Samsung USB port and the charge time was 2 hours 3 min. No contest, I'm returning the wireless for sure.
Also, it's not that convenient. It takes up room and you can't use your phone while charging it.

So I went and got the Note 9 phone. Lady said i get a fast charging station, car charger and case. I agreed and went with an Otter Box Defender Case. Oh yeah and Verizon charges $60 for this separately. So for the past week I've tried this and the blue light is solid for 5 min and then it blinks. It does NOT matter how man times I take phone off and reset it on.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Issue i have with it is it will not charge a phone while inside a case. I have a thin clear case and in order for the induction field to reach the phone to charge it i have to remove the case. If the induction field was a little stronger then customers like myself would have to buy a special case. Of course that is the catch and con.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color
Cons: Did not meet expectations, will not charge phone inside any other case except

Quit working after six months

This seemed like a good idea but when it quit working I had to use the charging cord which defeats the purpose of a wireless charger. I am afraid to waste more money on another one. Very disappointed. Not what I would expect from a Samsung product

Had to use iPad charger to get this to work properly!!

I tried the Samsung Fast Adaptive charger that came with it (then another one) and my phone would indicate "wireless charging paused" after after 10 seconds. Tried 2 different USB cords....same thing. finally I tried my faithful iPad charger and BINGO! the thing FINALLY works as it should!! shame on Samsung for releasing such a weak product !!!
Pros: charges wirelessly
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, required ipad charger to work!

Not worth the money

Was very disappointed after I brought this product. First off, despite the claim that it's wireless, not really, because you still need to plug the pad into the wall to charge a phone, so you are still dealing with wires. Second, checked my s6 edge an hour and a half after being on the pad, still charging! Usually only takes a little over an hour to charge my phone with the original wall charger that came with my phone. I am not impressed with this product, and plan on returning it within the next few days. Definitely not worth the $.
Pros: Durable
Cons: Too big, Did not meet expectations
