Wireless charging paused

I'll put my phone on this charger for 30 to 45 seconds with my otterbox defender case and the charging process will "pause". However if I take the rubber layer off it works fine, but the whole point of wireless charging is the convenience. Taking part of my case off and on every time I want to use the charger takes the convenience out of the product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works like a charm. Be sure to use the power supply that comes with it. You can place your phone in it vertically or horizontally.

using this wireless charge stand, my s7 edge is taking half a day to charge.
wired charger is more quick and will be done in 2 hrs.

I have two types of wireless chargers, this one is much better than the one that lays flat.
Pros: ease of use
Cons: a little spendy

Great product! No more fussing around with plugging and un-plugging into a small port on a phone. Set it on, grab and go when you need it. I even have one on the console of my truck. Great move! Wish I had this years ago.
