VERY disapointed

I have one of these and it works great so I bought another. This one is different in that it is a stand. This one will NOT work with a case on the phone. Who doesnt have a case on their phone??? I will be returning this product for this reason!

The perfect charger

Just got it and love the fact I dont need to worry about a charge if I am not on the phone just set it down and charging no worries if a connection is good or anything only down fall I wish they would have used the same plug port as the s8 or above not the old prong plug port and Definitely more then worth it if you get it half off like I did

Great for charging, but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fast charge wireless stand works. Unfortunately, I have a Speck case on my Note 9, and the phone tends to slip off of the charging platform, mainly because the platform itself is curved and narrow (no doubt to blend in with the curved round back). So I have to be careful placing my phone on the stand, because it can fall off. Otherwise I would have given it a better rating.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Will not charge a 8+ in a case

The 8+ will not charge if it is in it's case but my girl friend's s6 charges fine with a case. Her 6 has a smaller profile. My phone will charge on my girl friend's old flat charger. Not worth the money. Should have gotten the cheaper flat one....

Having Poor and Fair as the onI purchased an S9+ last year and after the very weak USB-C cable broke (Why was it so thin compared to a standalone Samsung Fast Charge Travel Adapter Cable? Money grabbing much?) I decided to give the Wireless Charging Stand a look.
I've had mine for a couple of months now and I'm very happy with the actual performance of it, it does what it say's on the tin.
The sales person failed to mention it was Micro USB and IT DOES NOT have a cable or wall plug in the box. Okay, these things happen, bad sales reps exist.
However my phone, a modern high end Samsung is USB-C so this cable is not going to be able to help if I need to plug into a computer or use a wired charger, meaning a third purchase was needed, defeating the purpose entierly as instead of going wireless with an occassional wired connection, I added two new wires and 2 new wall sockets to my collection

Broke my phone, Shelf too small and rounded.

How does a charger break your phone? This product has a HORRIBLE shelf for putting your phone on. It is small and rounded a bit. 1/2 the time the phone slides right off, and god forbid you move the charger with the phone on it a few inches. This happened to me and my phone fell off the desk and cracked the screen. Luckily it wasn't my brand new phone, but my old one that I was going to sell. Now I'm stuck with a broken phone. So, besides that. Yeah, product works. It charges stuff.

Almost the perfect charging solution..

Great idea for a device. The issue is you have to make sure you get your device fully seated the right way onto the dock. I've had several mornings where I wake up to a not charged phone because the phone isn't sitting quite right on the dock. I have a minimal case on my note 10+ and that is enough to make it a bit finicky to get the device on the charger properly. This is still much better than the old flat wireless charger though.
