This Very nice fridge Samsung pleases me.

Samsung customer service won me over when my dishwasher faulted after the warranty expired and they offered to (and did) fix it for me anyway when I called for technical assistance. Since I have purchased a Samsung inductive range (awesome), and now this 25.5cf french door with twin cooling, ice maker in the freezer and chilled filtered water inside the door. For me this is a great appliance, well thought out design that also runs very quiet. I am very happy with this purchase as this appliance has exceeded my expectations.
(I added an air filter to the cooling inlet on the back to help keep the coil clean.)
Pros: Bright display
I would recommend this to a friend!

New Fridge delivered not working

Purchased New Samsung RF261BEAESR French Door Fridge. We have been playing around with it for three months trying to figure out why the Fridge compartment wasn't getting colder than 53 degrees. Finally called Samsung Service in frustration. Gentleman on the phone was very nice. He gave me a Transaction Number and said a Specialist would be calling me.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, delivered not working
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We like the affordability and design of this frig. we bought it , later to realize it's not going to fit , are choice was to stop delivery or start to remodel kitchen, new frig. fits now , kitchen looks good.

the buyer should be told to read the troubleshooting in the accompanying manual. for example, the compressor will make periodic noise. If the buyer did not know this, they would think something is wrong with the refrigerator..
Pros: Bright display, lots of room
Cons: tell peopleabout compressor noise.

this model has adjustable shelves which provides you with space to place whatever you need to chill. Love the extra deli tray and water dispenser inside. This refrigerator is beautiful and very easy to maneuver...Love it!

I had a new kitchen installed and chose all Samsung appliances except the DW which I didn't care for the design. I love my new refrigerator - the ice cube maker is in the freezer section of the bottom drawer so it doesn't take away from the space in the fridge. And the water dispenser is in the wall of the fridge and it also doesn't take up any space. It is roomy and sleek with a clean design and plenty of light. I have had it since March 23, 2016 and I love it so far.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, ice cubes don't take up space in my fridge., it's bright inside
Cons: can't think of any
