Tons of Space and Beautiful

I couldn't be happier. We originally bought a Samsung side-by-side, but exchanged it for this due to the limited capacity that a side-by-side offers. This fridge has tons of storage space, and looks beautiful inside and out. I feel like I'm stepping into the future each time I open this thing. Ice maker works well and is neatly tucked away in the top drawer of the freezer (which opens with ease). There is a water dispenser on the inside left wall, so it does not take away any storage space having it on the outside panel. Personally, I think it looks so much nicer and slick without the water dispenser on the outside, plus there is nothing for our 2 year old to constantly click getting water/ice all over the floor. If you're on a budget, and in the market for a nice French Door fridge, buy this one. You won't regret it.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display

Refrigerator started malfunctioning after 2 yrs

We bought our refrigerator after our old one kept freezing up, almost exactly two years later this refrigerator starting freezing up, in the last 5 months I have defrosted it three times, just waiting for the next failure to occur. I had done research on Consumer Reports prior to purchasing but this wasn't addressed. Just waiting for the next time I get to throw away food and spend 4 hrs defrosting and cleaning...
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Did not meet expectations, it is not reliable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I shopped many different brands and models before deciding on this French door model. The arrangement of the features matches what I need for ease of use. I like the bottom freezer drawers and it is well lit. It is quite easy to arrange the shelves in the refrigerator section and to find the items I am trying to locate. This model does not come with an ice maker, which I did not want. My water is too hard to make an ice maker an attractive feature, but there is adequate room in the freezer to store a bag of purchased ice.
The directions given before delivery made sure that the refrigerator would fit in the space in my kitchen.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Durable

Roomy and quiet!

We had to replace our refrigerator after eight years and did a lot of research. This unit has a great warranty, is spacious, and saves on energy. I am amazed at how quiet this unit is! It would have been awesome if the cool select pantry was made as two separate drawers so you would only have to open one door to retrieve items but it is a great refrigerator. The freezer is huge and the door shelves save a lot of shelf space. I'm glad we purchased this unit!
Pros: roomy great looking, quiet, economical to operate
Cons: the water filter replacement is expensive
I would recommend this to a friend!

Really like this stainless steel fridge, very spacious and roomy! I don't like having the water and ice dispenser on the door, so that is why i chose this model. I was very surprised that inside the fridge there is a water dispenser built in! I get to have the dispenser on the inside and maintain the sleek minimalistic look on the outside!

We previously owned the Cream colored appliances, came with the house when we purchased it. This Samsung refrigerator is quieter, easier to get things in and out of and stainless steel just looks better. We can get more groceries in it same size, better layout. Build quality is far above our whirlpool,a little loud its still running fit for the garage. ;-} With an open floor plan low noise level is key.
Pros: Durable, dont have to replace cabinets..
