Very poor support for Windows10 OS

Unhappy with this product's support for new operating systems and its picture scanning ability.

I haven't yet been able to test all of the features of this scanner. I did the automatic install and now the scans download to a folder I don't want them to. I've tried to feature out how to move them with no luck. Would like to know how to scan a business card into Microsoft outlook but I think I'll need to contact customer support on that as well. But as far as scanning - it does the job great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very well designed scanner!

This scanner is well-made to do exactly what it is supposed to do--it is high speed,
it is sturdy and takes up only a small area on the desk. The operating manual could
be a little more user friendly, it was not up to date with the newest Apple software,
and the instructions seemed set up for users who already had previous experience with scanners before. Example: precise instructions on the use of the operating
buttons on the front panel were not detailed.

Noise and Kludgey

I returned the item to the vendor. It was noisy, and the interface software is kludgey.
I purchased the unit to replace my Fujitsu ScanSnap, but it couldn't compare. I'm saving up for another Fujitsu.
