I've been very happy with this scanner, I LOVE the business card scan feature and the blank page skipping, saves me a HUGE amount of time!

Windows 10 mess

I have tried to get the scanner to work with Windows 10. Brother support has not helped. They have not solved the problem. I've tried all their tips. NOT WORKING!

A Great Scanner

This scanner is a dream to use. I'm happy I got it. It scans directly to a USB drive. No computer needed. (Well, you need a computer to set up the how the scanner will scan to the USB drive.) I was able to scan all sizes of photos to the USB drive. It also scans documents -two sides at once or single sided. It came with Paperport 12 and a PDF program from Nuance Communications. I'm not a fan. the install overwrote my installed copy of Paperport 14 and did something to MS Outlook 2013. Nuance Communications support was UNHELPFUL, which is why this scanner only got four stars. Nuance said their software does NOT support Windows TEN.
