Needed a multi-page scanner quickly and after comparing multiple scanners online, very happy to get the Brother ADS-2000e. It delivered quickly, was easy to set up, and has been very useful with several documents needing to be scanned recently. Love it!

I have used HP products and have had bad performance and maintenance issues.
This scanner is great and it beats everything I have seen that in its class.
We have 4 Brother printers and a label maker, and, won't look back!

Fantastic Machine!

I bought this scanner to scan equipment manuals and older handwritten account information. Since it was auto duplexing, I was able to scan both sides of the page of 50+ page manuals faster than I could have copied one side, then the other. Marvelous Machine!

I have only had the scanner for a month or so but I was able to accomplish two major projects in a matter of hours. I had one jam but the documents I was scanning were not in the best of shape. All and all I am very pleased.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Don't Buy It

The scanner does not work properly. It counts blank pages. When I first purchased, it would scan from pressing the button on the scanner. Now, I have to scan through my computer. This is inconvenient.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This scanner works so well and the customer service I received in setting it up was better than better. In fact, when I needed a new printer I went to my local Staples and purchased a Brother printer. Again, I received knowledgeable and quality customer service and my printer performs excellently.
I would recommend this to a friend!
