This is the best addition to our small office equipment that we have purchased. It is so nice to be able to quickly and effectively eliminate tons of paper storage. Runs so smoothly once you learn what it likes and doesn't like.

Mine seems to jam all the time and

My scanner seems to jam all the time and unlike my old Fujitsu I need to start the job over many times, 4 to 5. So now I do about 4 to 5 seperate pdf's where before the scanner would jam, I would release the stuck page and simply click on continue scanning. Questioning my judgement gor making this purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent on 2 Sided documents. If larger amount of documents to scan, it tends to miss. Better than using Inkject Printer Scanner combo.

Handles scanning docs like a champ

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Setup and ease of use is great. I have scanned over 50K pages. When it comes to replacement parts (rollers and pads) , even a novice can do it.

This Document Scanner is the greatest improvement to my office, except my computer. I'm wondering if there is a newer Document Scanner that is as good but newer. I've scanned thousands of document and have thousands more to scan. Thanks
