We were looking to upgrade our old TVs with smart TVs. We love it. Couldn't be happier with all of the cool functions. The screen mirroring feature with my Galaxy is a major plus. It took seconds to show the family videos of my son's latest ski trip.
Pros: Realistic color, Built-in speakers
I would recommend this to a friend!

Torn between 55" or 60", went with 60" and I'm very pleased. While still learning all the features I'm quite impressed with what I've been able to do already. Picture quality is perfect.

This is our first smart TV, was easy to set up. Picture is great.
HBO NOW does not work on the Samsung model un60ju6500fxza Smart TV. Apparently the HBO NOW app is not supported for this model?! When I got the TV about a week ago HBO NOW worked just fine. Then it disappeared yesterday. I searched high and low for it in the App Store, but it's as if it doesn't exist for this model. So, I went to use the web browser, figured this would solve the issue. I logged into HBO NOW just fine, then when I go to play something it says "HBONOW requires Flash Player version 17 or higher. Download Flash Player - playbackTechError". So, I go to download the adobe flash player and nothing happens?! I googled both of these issues and they both seem to be a huge complaints from owners of this model Samsung TV. The most baffling part is HBO NOW worked just fine for the 1st week I had it?!?! I figured maybe a software update caused this? I reset the SmartHub hoping it would solve it but it didn't. If you value HBO NOW do NOT buy this particular model!
Cons: no support for hbo now

Died in less than a year

Bought 2 of these same televisions. Within 8 months of use, one of them died. Pop-no picture no sound. Called Samsung support. After 3 days of the same repeated questions for trouble shooting they finally sent someone out. It's now working, hopefully, this fix will last longer than 8 months.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When they said Smart TV, they meant every word of it. This television knows more than I do and is already set up for next years K4 features that are not even here yet. Amazing technology !!!
