This is the first "smart" toothbrush I have owned and it along with the water flosser is great. When I got mine the toothbrush would not charge so I called Waterpik and spoke with customer service and WITHOUT HASSLE they sent me a new whole device (not just the toothbrush) and I did not require the original shipped back. It has worked perfectly for a month or so now and I love it.
The waterpick removes food particles guickly and totally. The brush leaves my teeth feeling smooth amd clean. I just returned from a trip for 5 days and I still have 3 lights on the charge. The carrying case is more than convenient. Thanks so much.
The toothbrush stopped working unless stored on the charger. I contacted customer service regarding the issue. It became difficult to turn on the toothbrush. Eventually a replacement was received. I received the entire package not just the toothbrush.
After my Dentist told me I had moderate Gum disease and 7mm pockets I was upset to say the least so I got a Waterpick on his recomendation. I had brushed my teeth once a day but had never flossed,I hated flossing. When I first started using a Waterpik I got a lot of food particles from the pockets of my gums and this was even after I had started flossing! On my 3 month check up Dentist was amazed at how much my gums had improved and no more bad breath or bad tastes in the morning. My 7mm pockets had shrunk down to 5mm pockets. I now use my Waterpik whenever I brush and floss once a day.
this is a flawed thing !! Exactly backwards from the real world---on this unit you push a button to stop water flow !! All other things--you push a button to turn on !! Water starts shooting when you start unit--not when you push a button to start ! Exactly backwards !! Really a problem
returned this product because the hand held electric toothbrush did not work
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This unit lasts only as long as the non-replaceable toothbrush battery. Apparently the toothbrush should not be housed in the unit as shown to avoid overcharging. Also, no replacement toothbrush is sold/available. Very disappointing. Can't you at least offer your customers a replacement toothbrush???
