I purchased this about three weeks ago and received it a little over a week and a half. I absolutely love the water pic and the electronic toothbrush works great. I can tell a huge difference in how my teeth feel after using it.

The device does its job, but it tends to be "messy" because of the water usage, so be prepared. I cannot use it early in the morning as I am not ready to put a vibrating rumbling device in my mouth and against my teeth that early in the morning. It takes a bit of practice to get the routine down, but it does the job. I know the pumps for the water supply are noisy in general, but it will be nice when they find a way to quiet them down, this one is on the noisy side.
