The waterpik feature does a good job, although it is a bit noisy and for some reason, our TV reception goes out when it is in use(strange, huh?). The instructions are important and a bit lengthy. There are different heads for different tasks, and advice on power settings for different heads. The toothbrush works great but make sure to keep it in mouth and shutting off before removing, or toothpaste will fly everywhere. Same with waterpik; must lean over sink and not remove from mouth until shut off. All this aside, the combo does an excellent job on cleaning teeth and under gum lines. Be aware that you will need to replace both toothbrush heads and water pick heads every few months, which can be a bit pricey.

it works ok and dose feel good on the gums. as dose the water pick part.
they kind of bill it as the golden bullet but if you think it will fix any mouth trouble it wont. it dose make your teeth cleaner. it did make me feel better about my self and more confedent about planting my mouth on the wife anywear. and she likes it fresh breath. yea baby.

I bought this Waterpix s month ago and it has been the best investment I have made period. Works very nicely, no noise and comes with all type of heads which I use them all. Options to adjust speed and levels. It also came with electric toothbrush which also is absolutely fantastic. Came with two heads and I gave used one do far and it is very gentle to my gums an specially I gave root canal & implants, I like the gentle action.
After I use, it true that your mouth is fresh and feels you came from dentist tooth cleaning.
