The toothbrush seems quite solid; the water flosser pushes a stream of water as advertised. In places such as the tank, the base, and the tube, the plastic seems less than sturdy. I'm concerned that it will crack or break before long.
One very strange design issue: the flosser has an on-switch on the base to start the pump, and a button on the handle to control the flow. As constructed, turning on the switch on the base automatically starts the water flowing; you have to push the handle button to stop the flow, release the button to start the flow again. This is badly counter-intuitive as I'm flossing, and also causes a mess. Design hint for the next model: make the handle button toggle the opposite way for better utility.
Great item, I love the way the tips store in their own section. Easy to fill and use. The toothbrush really helps with brushing for the right amount of time.
After a dentist recommended this to my daughter and she really liked it, I purchased my own when my electric toothbrush quit functioning. Helps my mouth and gums feel so clean.
I bought this product a month ago and its frustrating. There are too many gadgets thats i think dont compare to what a tooth brush and some dental floss can do.

Excited when I got my waterpik! Put it on medium speed. All was well. Went to turn it off, while it was still in my mouth. Bam! High speed craziness, whizzing round my mouth! You cannot turn off the unit without going through this high speed first. So you either have to put up with it or you take it out of your mouth on the lower speed and have the toothpaste flying round the bowl while going through the high speed to have it go off! This is the only model with a toothbrush, so I shall now be buying another product. Just wanted to let a respective buyer know how its designed.

Thank you for your feedback. The power button can be pushed twice to turn off from the low setting. The toothbrush also has a two minute timer and will automatically turn off in two minutes.
It is not set up for multiple users. I wish it had come with two sets of tools with cases for each (or better yet, built in storage locations in the WP-900 itself; the single area for storage hardly holds the tools firmly). I wish it were quieter. I wish there was a portable charger (doesn't make much sense to have a travel case for the Sensormatic, but not have a charger). The storage options available apparently don't allow for the tooth brushes. Overall, a product with great potential but the design execution is wanting. I also think the unit should be more substantial -- as it is, it seems likely to not last.
Im 49 and money aways been tight. My teeth and gums where less then bright I drank lots coffee and smoked for some 24 years. So I had some money and said to my self tray it. well give it 14 days and my gums have cover more and my teeth have become bright and shine. All this time if I had had a water pick complet I could save some teeth. I love it spending some money on this is not a wast. it works, well when you think how much dentist cost and getting a plate or just the pain you can have. I can't over state this.
Really like the tooth brush. Thr waterpic is hard to use. I get water every where.
