I have been using Super Sonic toothbrushes for years now :-) I love the compact size of this brush and I love the fact that it fits inside my water flosser as a charger. So it works great as a replacement :-)

Wonderful, except . . .

I loved this product and have had one for a couple of years but now (possibly due to hard water) the button releasing the flosser is stuck closed. I've run vinegar through it and soaked the handle in vinegar but no help. Now I have to buy another, or at least a second appliance to floss, what a bummer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We apologize for the difficulty encountered with the pause button. The vinegar cleaning instructions are meant to prevent this from occurring. It may not fix the issue once it has occurred. The product is sold with a two year warranty. If it is outside of this warranty, a new handle and hose can be purchased here: http://store.waterpik.com/product/wp-900-replacement-handle

Toothbrush dieing

I have had the pic and brush for a year or 2. The brush has begun failing. It won't hold a charge for the 2 min brush cycle. 2 year warranty requires proof of purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
