The Waterpik is extremely powerful. Plaque comes off with the first usage and I can feel the back of my teeth, something I haven't done since my last professional cleaning. Using the Waterpik I am confident future cleanings at the dentist will be much less aggressive. The toothbrush is great too. Most powerful electric toothbrush I've ever had.

I have been using this about a month. I was immediately impressed with the toothbrush! It's way better than the Sonicare I was using. The water flosser, which I use about twice a week, I think is helping with the periodontal pocket issue. We'll see at my next appointment. I can already see that the brush has reduced plaque and tartar on the surfaces of my teeth.
