I wanted a WaterPik for flossing and received comments about an electric toothbrush so I went for the combination in one stand. It takes up little space but performs extremely well. By being able to keep it next to the sink I tend to use it more regularly than if I put it away after each usage.

I enjoy having the combination of the Waterpik with the toothbrush in one unit. It's much easier to use the Waterpik than flossing and thoroughly cleans around a dental bridge where it is difficult to use dental floss. The toothbrush has softer bristles than the electric brush I had been using.

I was looking to upgrade my older WaterPik and was delighted to find this combination of sonic brush and WaterPik. It takes up limited space and solves two problems at once. My teeth and mouth feel cleaner than with my previous methods, and I think my dentist will notice the change as well.

I like this combination of brush and waterpik all together. I never had a toothbrush with a speed that feels like a dentist office cleaning. The tip holder is another good feature. The pulsating flow of the waterpik seems to be doing what it is supposed to be doing, massaging gums, and cleaning between teeth.

. . . getting replacement heads & tips is frustrating!
I purchased this item 4 months ago to replace my Sonic are toothbrush and Waterpik WP-60 (though I was quite satisfied with both) simply for saving space on my rather limited-size countertop. The item itself is attractive (appearance) and has nice features relative to my former water flosser, and the compact design cleans up the overall appearance of my bathroom.
I was a bit nervous about the effectiveness of the toothbrush considering how well satisfied I was with my Sonicare. After four months use, I'm comfortable with considering the Waterpik toothbrush to be comparable (not necessarily better, but not less effective) than the Sonicare.
When looking for replacement toothbrush heads, I started at the Waterpik site. The price for the heads seemed ressonable enough, even after accounting for shipping (I don't recall specifically, but I believe the heads are less than what I was paying for replacement Sonicare heads - nice benefit re. saving a few bucks over the lifetime of the product!), though I ended up buying them off of eBay (same price as the Waterpik site and FREE shipping) . . . so no problem there.
Now the "but" . . . when looking for replacement jet tips, I again started at the Waterpik site. $9 for two . . . no biggie, but out of principal I refuse to pay $4-5 shipping for $9 worth of product, and shouldn't have to buy more product(s) than what I want/need just to get free shipping. So I then checked out what retailers carry the tips, and though the Waterpik site indicates a few (Bed Bath & Beyond for example), and I did indeed find the tips on their site, not one store carrys them and thus I was stuck with the same issue as buying them from the Waterpik site - paying $4-5 shipping for $9 worth of heads or buying more "stuff" than what I need just to make the cost if the tips economical.
So . . . my constructive input/criticism to Waterpik is: 1) if you really want to compete with Sonicare, find a way to establish a network of retailers that carry your replacement parts at their brick-and-mortar stores; 2) new purchases should include some form of voucher/coupon for free shipping on replacement parts; limited to one set each of tips and brush heads for one year after registering the product seems reasonable enough.
