I bought this the first time last year. Then all of a sudden it just stopped charging. I called then sent me a.replacement about 2 months ago and this one only lasted about 2 months and now this one doesn't fully charge anymore either. I guess I will have to find another brand. That's too bad because when it works it works great.

Battery replacement

I've owned this for approximately 19-20 months but didn't register the product and they don't over a replacement battery and you have to buy a whole new unit when it want hold a charge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The toothbrush is excellent with its 2 speeds, but there is one shortcoming. When the handle gets wet it is very slippery and hard to hold. I attached 2 rubber strips to the handle horizontally and that solved the problem. The handle should be modified with ridges horizontally to offer a better grip or a non slippery substance should be molded in the middle area of the handle. In the past I designed orthopedic rehab for a company that I owned and had to worry about little details like that. Over all the units works very well.

I am disabled and have limited use of my hands, so my teeth have not received the best care they deserved until my dentist told me about this item. I fell in love with it the first time I used it and have never looked back on bad teeth again!

I really enjoy this produce and am confused why there is not a massive campaign by all dentists for every person to use an oral irrigation system as part of their daily dental hygiene routine!!
The only issue I would have is that it is not very portable and always has to be plugged into an electrical outlet making it very stationary.
Also, it is pretty loud so if someone is sleeping in my living room they can hear it b/c my living room is adjacent to my kitchen and there is no door between the two rooms.

Waterpik complete care does amazing job both on water flossing as well as its sonic toothbrush which comparable to other expensive major brands. It's my first at home water flossing experience, and I must say that it does a wonderful hygienic cleaning all around that I could feel it from day one! With very expensive dental treatment, it's a small but worth investment in your oral hygienic cleaning. I would recommend this product to everyone.
