Product has tools one can use and the tools are a variety so the household may use. I use the water pic and my spouses uses the e-toothbrush. In 2012 my household also purchased another WaterPic version and it is still working. I found YOUTUBE helpful in that one needs to rinse out the tools used and the water basin and let them air-out for long product life.
