I bought one 3 years ago and had 5 people using it heavily since then. It finally needed to be replaced and I am super glad I found another one! The price and features of the Waterpik are outstanding. Very pleased with it.

We got this system a few weeks ago and our teeth have never been cleaner! I have looked all over in retail shops and can not find replacement brush heads anywhere. The only option is to order them online, which I think is crazy. Not only are they expensive, but I have to deal with shipping costs too!

Excellent for 6 months and then started leaking.

Over the past 2 years I have bought 2 water picks. I discarded the first one because the rubber piece that attaches the water tank to the base began to leak. Except for that flaw, I liked the water pic so much that I bought another one (model 900C, I believe). It came with a smaller version for travel
After a number of months the large model began to leak and now the travel one leakers are well.
Can a repair be made to stop the leak in both? I really don't want to return them if they can be fixed. (My dentist recommends them).
I rated this product as fair only because it leaked. My hunch is that In general this is an excellent product. I would like the problem rectified so I can write a new review giving it 5 stars and including that the manufacturer stands behind the product.

I just got this 2 days ago. I bought it because I hope to maintain or restore my gumline and of course to keep my teeth looking great! Cleans my teeth like nothing ever has! I love everything about this whole system! I love the adjustable water pressure. I use the lowest setting on my gums and tongue: oooowww it tickles! It blasts away everything in between my teeth with ample pressure, which I adjust to my comfort. Comes with the deep pocket below-gum tip, which is great to use and is to used at the low pressure setting. Oh, but what I really love is the toothbrush! The bristles are exactly what I was hoping for: soft! I have used "the other brand" for years and even bought their softest replacement brush, hoping to get a good connection with my gums and tooth surfaces, but it was bad. That other brand toothbrush just bumped over surface of the teeth and tended to hurt if I tried to brush the gums or tongue. That "other brand" had no penetrating softness. Wow what a difference this WaterPik Sonic toothbrush is! It just buzzes over the teeth so sweetly all around the teeth, the gums, the tongue! It is so nice and soft, that I can let the bristles just vibrate right down into the tooth spaces and down into the gum line. Feels sooooo good! (See Carol Burnett for getting the right emphasis on that word "sooooo"!) Thank you Waterpik! You keep my smile happy!
