I bought this about a month ago per advice from our dentist. They wanted us to get a waterpik, also a toothbrush. This was the perfect pair and not a lot of cost. The toothbrush has auto stop and helps us to brush longer. We are still learning to use it but have noticed differences already, very pleased.

We've been using this for about 3 weeks. Pump is a bit noisy, but the pic works well. I have yet to try all the tips. The toothbrush is excellent, I especially like the two speeds, though a middle setting would be good. The first time I used the high speed, it was a bit startling.
