I have been using this for 2 months now. I must say, it's a lot beefier than another waterpik I owned that have me a lot of trouble. Although this new one is not cordless like the last , I have more confidence it will serve me well for a long time. It seems much more durable. We shall see, of course. But it is impressive with all its features. I haven't used them all yet. I'm a basics kinda gal. I'm pleased with my purchase AND my teeth are in great shape. Why dental hygienists don't talk more highly of these devices is a puzzle to me. My visits for cleanings have shown a fabulous difference.
