I love the compactness of this product which takes very little room on my bathroom countertop. It is so handy to have an all-in-one product! The design is perfect and everything is exactly where it should be for convenience. Excellent quality, too!

bought this a little over a year ago and the toothbrush won't hold a charge to even last for one brushing anymore.

AMAZING and SMART TOOTHBRUSH

I am shocked that there are one star reviews of this product, more likely an outlier from the manufacturing side...
This is an AMAZING product. I have had this for almost a year now, and so far no complaints about its performance. I have had electric toothbrushes from different brands, and this one by far is the best in terms of quality and design. The toothbrush head is sleek and thin and is easy to reach the second and third molars. It does a really impeccable job way beyond what a basic toothbrush is designed to do. Probably, the most interesting feature is the toothbrush having a timer for two minutes, which allocates 30 seconds to brush your teeth in each quadrant. There is a short pause every 30 seconds that would prompt the user to move to the next quadrant. Two minutes later, you have completed toothbrushing thoroughly and the toothbrush stops.. How SMART is that in the digital age? Simply AMAZING!
As for the flosser, I think it does a really great job. The settings are very helpful to suit your need. I still use the dental floss once in a while as I have a few boxes that are sitting in my bathroom drawer. So far the whole system did not have any issues. The only thing I could probably suggest is for the entire system to be elevated and not directly in contact with the tiles, as oftentimes, the sink is wet. Overall, it is the BEST product I have ever used.
