Love It!

I bought in June. I Love it! Easy to use. I never had used a convection oven before and it was easy to convert my Lasagna recipe! I also love the different temperature burners..you will have a learning curve as with any new appliance.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Paint peeling

I've used this range very little since being installed 7 months ago. Had to have the broiler replaced because it didn't work and yesterday I noticed paint cracking and peeling next to the front burner after wiping with soap and water. I can't stand looking at it anymore. I only got the gallery appliances because they were non smudge or I would have gone with a better brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am trying to get use of the gas. I am disappointed with the oven cleaner. It leaves stains on the oven bottom section even after the cleaning process. The dirt is off but the stains are still visible in the surface of the metal.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dont EVER do BLACK porcelain again!

OMG I can't splash a molecule of grease on the black porcelain or I am cleaning FOREVER to get the streaks off. Tried lysol kitchen cleaner, windex, lemon juice with cotton cloth and microfiber....still have some streaks left. If you have a solution I would like to hear it. I do like the heavy grates and the oven is working fine but I haven't tried the convection features yet. Plenty of space for lids in the drawers. I am concerned about the electronics being above the oven vent. Hope they hold up. We bought an extended warranty on this and the frig.

Hey James16, thank you for your feedback. I would apply a few drops of the cooktop cleaning crème directly to the cooktop. Use a paper towel or a 3M Scotch-Brite Blue Multi-Purpose No Scratch Scrub Sponge to clean the entire cooktop surface. Make sure not to leave any residue. Hope you find this helpful! Kindly, Jennifer

Nice feature - lacks attention to detail

Purchased as part of a bundle week prior to Christmas. Literature confusing as to how to use convection correct/convection. Placement of oven vents poorly designed as the heat venting makes the knobs very hot to turn the stove on or off - one should not have to use mitts to turn a knob on/off. Also, the timer on the range and the time on the OTR microwave should be set the same way - the oven all you have to do is press 12 and start and it will time for 12 minutes (makes sense), the OTR microwave however you need to press 1200 for 12 minutes. It would make total sense for both items to press the same way (one of the other) not two totally different ways - again poor design - lack of attention to detail.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this stove about 3 weeks ago and I hate it!!! The reason being I cook a lot an it is a nightmare to keep the stove top clean!!!!! I can not get it clean!!!
