I now own ffour JBL Clips and I am consistently enchanted with the broad range of their sound production. My only quibble is with the newer model which forgoes the
power button and the moveable volume control in favor of controls that are flush with the surface of the case. This change makes manipulating the controls in the dark
relatively impossible. Otherwise, this product hits the mark inall other categories.

Amazing sound and so easy to use! Please don't discontinue or change this speaker - it's absolutely perfect the way it is! We now own three and will continue to buy them direct from JBL for friends and family when they're on sale - like they are right now :-)

Unbelievable Ruggedness... Excellent Sound

I have bought two of these speakers. The first model with the physical volume rheostat that you rolled with the finger and this model. I bought the first one around 3 years ago and the second about a year after when the rheostat came loose from the potentiometer (which was repaired).
At the time I was a cell tower technician; every day I would strap on my harness and climb 200-600 feet up a tower. These little guys accompanied me every day on my hip, swinging and smashing against steel beams and rungs. The boost in productivity from my crew having quality, crisp and clear tunes was unmistakable.
I had forgotten about the second one I purchased (IC/model 6132A-JBLCLIP) over the last year. I found it tumbling around in my tool chest. This particular speaker was dropped 350 feet off a tower and is dented, beaten and incredibly warped (hit three beams and a fence post iirc). "What the heck," I figured and hit the power button, not expecting any life or response.
Imagine my surprise when it came right on, paired and has been playing music for the last half hour! At LEAST a year and a half, with that kind of damage and it still has a charge and works flawlessly? That's so incredibly impressive I simply had to write this.
The amount of sound this little guy produces is incredible; the bass and mids are incredible. The highs are perfectly matched to create an enjoyable session with any music whether it be rap, EDM, metal or even polka and ska.
I only wish I still had warranty to get a clean looking one I'm not embarrassed (yet also oddly proud) of using in my current profession.
I give the JBL Clip a resounding 10/10, and offer a cake to every member of the development team responsible for this masterpiece.

Great wireless speaker

I love my JBL clip. I clip it to my day pack while I'm on bike rides and connect it to my phone with Bluetooth. I also connect it to my laptop when I'm watching Netflix. It sounds great and the battery lasts a pretty decent amount of time. It's got a pretty deep sound for a small speaker too. The only thing I would like is for it to be just a little louder.

After checking out many portable speakers, the Clip gave me the best performance and features in a very small package and very reasonable price. The quality is outstanding!

BATTERY DOESN'T LAST LONG LIKE MICROWIRELESS

i bought this 2 days ago and i am very disappointed how the battery last, it last only 1.5hrs then i returned it to store then they give me the replacement and nothing changes it last only 2hrs. microwireless is better mine is last 5+ hrs.. jbl i hope you address this problem because i know your brand is trusted..
