Great sound from a small unit

I first bought my JBL so that I have music when riding my cruiser bicycle around my home in Honolulu and the surrounding area (it's illegal to wear ear buds on a bike). The speakers are great and can be heard even with traffic all around you. To enhance the sound I was receiving I bought two speakers. One a bluetooth and the other was a regular JBL clip without bluetooth as I just needed it to connect it to the other speaker (this is where the external cord comes in very handy as you just plug one into the other). Having two speakers gave me great sound. People stop me to ask me what type of speakers they are and they are always amazed. I also have a pair of speakers for my bicycle in Vancouver BC. I live downtown so it's great to have when riding in the city and going through Stanley Park sea wall.
The only drawback to the blue tooth clip is that the volume control is hard to access (feel and press push button which are flush with the sides of the speaker). You need to physically look for the button and press to adjust the volume ; you cant just adjust the volume by blind touch which isn't very safe when you are riding on busy streets. The non blue tooth speaker has a dial that is easier to maneuver.
Under the heading "Easy to use", I gave it a three as the recharge time is well over 6 hours in order to get 4.5 to 5 hours playing time. Not convenient if you forget to plug it in overnight.
Great convenient sound for a great price.

If only the battery lasted

Bought this for golf. Clips on the bag well and sounds great. However, it never lasts five hours - runs out after 3.5 hours which makes the last few hole too quiet.

I bought it so I could listen to music off my tablet while I cook dinner each night. The Bluetooth works great and the sound is better than I expected. The battery lasts a long time and I can clip it to my belt loop when I clean the house on the weekends. You can even control the volume from the tablet or the speaker. So far I really love it.

Great sound

Bought 4 for my friends for Christmas and they lv it. U can't go wrong with the deep bass this little clip can produce. OMG its rocks. I have a flip and that thing last for 8hrs and u can be 50 feet away and still plays without breaking up .
