Great Speaker but issues

I received this speaker as a gift last Christmas and it has by far exceeded all expectations in a Bluetooth speaker. Unfortunately though it seems the charging port has separated from the circuit board and as a result it will not charge.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very good sound and functionality

I got one of these for a gift, and so liked it I purchased this one for a Christmas present. The recipient thoroughly enjoys the sound and portability. he's not a techie, and I got a kick out of his wondering where he would place it. Place it? Put it in your pocket and carry it around if you'd like!!!!

The quality of sound from this speaker is amazing. The batteries are lasting the 2+ hours in need it to last while blasting out my favorite tune on the DiscGolf course.

Don't waste your money

Loved this product in beginning now won't charge. Just stopped all of a sudden. I have recommended this product to other people I feel bad for them now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very sorry to hear of this problem you are having with your FLIP 2. Typically speaking, if a battery goes bad, it happens over time, not suddenly . Being that you mentioned that it just stopped all of a sudden, this tells me that the problem may not be in the FLIP 2, but more likely in the charger.
Being that the FLIP 2 uses a standard USB charging system, please try using any other charger you may have (smart phone, computer, etc.) and see if the FLIP 2 gets a charge. If it does, this means the charger went bad. If it does not take a charge, this will confirm that the FLIP 2 battery has failed.
When you determine what has gone wrong, please submit a request via the form at the following URL, http://www.jbl.com/contactus. Refer to this conversation and provide your personal information, and we will help you to resolve this issue.

Bought this speaker for a Christmas gift for my girlfriends son, I have the original Flip for my self, this little speaker packs the same quality with a few added features...he could not be happier with this product
