Won't charge!

I bought this speaker a few months ago, quality is great, its loud, the battery life is decent, and the microphones quality is poor. However, after about three months it stopped charging, the pin inside the charger snapped.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great sound, but weak assessory!

The reason I bought this is because I had one before and while charging it, it slipped off the table and the plug that was in the unit bent and I could never charge it again. I went on line and found out this has happened to other owners. Maybe there could be a stronger plug assembly.

I brought this product on 01/01I WAS SO EXCITED TO GET IT!!!!! First time i played it it was great but 15days later and IT WILL NOT HOLD A CHARGE, I TRIED WITH THE CHARGE IT CAN WITH AND MY ANDROID CHARGER WILL NOT POWER ON!!!! I'M REALLY DIAPPPOINTED WITH THIS...

Not charging

I purchased this great speaker less than a year ago. Over the time I've had it it's been greatly serving it's purpose as a small, indoors speaker. However, only 10 months after purchasing it it has presented the issue of not charging. Hopefully I can be assisted in any way with this problem, I enjoy this product very much, perhaps more than its predecessor JBL Flip.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The cable connection to the unit should be secure and not loose in any way. Try charging using another micro usb cable. If issue still persists you can contact our support center at 1-800-336-4525 for further assistance. This product carries a 1 year manufacturers warranty. If this is due to a manufacturer defect then request a return authorization under warranty replacement.

Not charging also

Same issue with the other person here. I got this as a gift and it stopped charging about 3 weeks of sparse use. And guess what? No receipt.

Not what it once was

Bought this last summer to take on Vacation and it worked great. Haven't used it since and it won't hold a charge. How disappointing I thought I had really researched well b4 spending our money and this was very easy to use and did have good sound. Now that it's been so long and I don't have the receipt I'm sure it's trash.
