Won't charge

I got this as a gift less than a year ago. Now, it won't charge any more. Due to us not having a receipt, we are out of luck with the warranty, and are stuck with the defective model. Deeply disappointed!

Great sound but speaker stopped charging for me as well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If this does not resolve your issue please perform a reset and/or contact our support center by visiting www.jbl.com and click Support then Warranties to submit a case.
Reset: In power ON mode press and hold the "Volume +" and "Phone" buttons at the same time for more than 3 seconds -> Unit will power Off by itself. Now the unit is reset to factory default.

Great sound for small device.

It sounds great, loud and clear, also is very portable. my only complaint is that you cannot listen it while charging. So if the battery dies you´ll have to wait until gets charged.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this a while back and it has charging problems, I'll charge it fully then 10 minutes into me having music playing it turns off. I was bummed after this started happening :/

We bought this for my son for Christmas and he never even really got to use it. My husband and I have used it about 10 times now the battery won't charge at all. I have a smaller Jbl speaker and had no issues.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this last December and was working really good all the way up till today. The speaker wouldn't charge. Was really frustrating. And I didn't have a receipt.
