I loved it now it won't take a charge anymore.

It has great sound, I enjoyed it cause it was portable and would hold a decent charge. But recently it start to not take a charge.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Stopped Charging after 1 Charge

I bought this a couple weeks ago and have charge it once. After using it a handful of times I tried to charge it again but have found that the unit does not respond to being plugged into the charger!! I now see that the Flip 2 suffers HEAVILY from this problem. How can it possibly break after being charged once? Would be a great product if not for the extremely faulty charger

LOVED IT- but it stopped working

I got this as a gift, and it turned out to be an essential to me! I used it everyday getting ready for school, I brought it to parties and get togethers, everyone was always impressed by the sound quality and good looks. But! It suddenly stopped working! For no apparent reason. First it stopped accepting charge, then completely stopped working and I still can't charge it.(I've tried changing out the charger and cable) I had had it for a little over a year and had done nothing differently. I'm so disappointed; I loved this product. I would have certainly given a 5 star rating were it not for the death of my beloved speaker.

Flip not charging

This is an excellent speaker with great sound quality. I have always been a JBL fan. The initial months it worked fine but now my flip won't charge. I have to adjust the wire to a specific angle for it to start charging and still it won't hold that position. So basically without any charge my speaker is useless. I have noticed that this is a issue with many flip users. Please advise on how to solve this issue.

Sounds good

The JBL Flip 2 sounds good and is perfect for travel and hotel room use. I've had problems keeping it charged however and that brings my rating lower. If there weren't charging problems I'd give it 5 stars.

Will not charge

This speaker was given to me as a gift and I absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, after a little over a years worth of use the speaker would no longer take a charge, and since I did not have a receipt, I basically didn't have a warranty for it. Tech shops also told me that due to the construction of the speaker, it is not possible to change the port out, so now it's just an oversized paper weight. I had a Beats Pill prior to this for a couple years and never had a problem with it, and unfortunately sold it after given the Flip2, but the quality and sound of the Flip is definitely superior to that of the Flip. I will give it that much credit.

Great sound quality for the price.

I have had my flip 2 for almost a month and I use it everyday to workout at home and outside while doing chores. What an awesome speaker!
