superb styling and quality

This refridgerator is not only well designed but has superb quality. All aspects are great and the two items I like most is the deli drawer and the showcase door. A little expensive but worth the money.
Pros: Durable
Cons: a little expensive

Design flaw I think since nobody could figure out the problem after repair person came three times

The freezer drawer kept making a large snapping noise when opened and after trying to fix it on three different visits by repair personnel and being unsuccessful, the store replaced the whole refrigerator and now it is working just fine, so far
Pros: it works fine now, love the bright lightening of the interior
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Floppy door by design?

We just had our new fridge delivered a few hours ago. Extremely hard to get it level. We have it about 98 percent level. The right door refuses to stay open. It slowly closes. I have read that is by design or it is because it is still not level? What do you say Samsung?? Surprised how fast it cooled down.

Thanks for the feedback and question. Samsung Refrigerators are designed to lean back slightly in order to help the doors close and stay closed to prevent cold air from escaping. This is especially helpful as more weight is added to the door.

It's been13 years since I had a new refrigerator. This one has it all. The ldoor within the door for quick items is not glass, so I love it (do not have to keep everything tidy). It has its own drawer for cheese, lunch meats and other quick need items. I love the freezer on the bottom and the convent upper tray for easy access. And the best part - French doors and lots of room that images it easy to put large items in the refrigerator. This refrigerator completes my kitchen remodel beautifully!¡

Too big freezer volume

Excellent design, capacity. But bottom freezer volume is too big for us since we do not buy many frozen items nor freeze our dishes. Better have more room for vegetables.

the loudest refrigerator ever

This refrigerator is LOUDER than my dishwasher. It is the most ANNOYING thing ever it makes you want to blow it up. Also the fourth door is a waste just leave the big draw in the refrigerator without the extra drawer. You loose useful door space. The ice maker isn't big enough to hold a days worth of ice in the summertime so you will then loose freezer space and be buying bags of ice all summer.
Cons: super loud, alot of wasted space
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Where's the place for milk?

As configured, there is no shelf or door bin that will hold a gallon of milk or tall soda bottle. When I asked about this with a live chat representative, he told me to pour milk into small containers. Shelves are not adjustable. I am very, very disappointed in this refrigerator and will attempt to return it today.

I'm sorry to hear you aren't happy with your Refrigerator. I'm inclined to think you have a model other than the RF30HBEDBSR Food ShowCase French Door, however, since this model has ample room in both the door bins and on the shelves for standard gallon-size milk jugs. The interior shelves are fully adjustable, and include both retractable and flip-up options for added flexibility when storing tall items.
