I had the original JBL Flip, but they don't offer it anymore. It worked fabulously with great sound for a long time before starting to hisssssss when it was supposed to be quiet. They walked me through troubleshooting and determined it required replacement. They didn't have any original Flips left, but they're sending me a Flip 2! I'll review that after I use it a while, but I'm very impressed with the speed and courtesy with which they handled my problem.

I've had this speaker for over a year. Charging port was always loose, and now does not work or charge. Very upset with the defect. It is past warranty time. I would not recommend to buy this product.

Really good bass

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My friend had gotten this speaker for her birthday and she let me borrow it for a room party and it was great! It was loud enough for everyone to hear and the bass was really good. So I decided to buy one and I don't regret it. I take it everywhere i go like the park, the beach, family reunions. It's great for everything!

i have bought the first JBL flip then the Pulse, then the Flip 2 and i still have all three products today. I never once was I disappointed. A little pricey in my opinion but never was i disappointed with my purchase.

Very portable, nice look

I wanted something small but with a good sound that I could throw in my suitcase. The Flip 2 is just the thing, very compact with a big sound! My only wish was that there were treble/base features to adjust because with increased volume comes increased treble tone.
