So disappointed! :(

I bought this speaker in August and have only used it a few times. Today I brought it into the kitchen to use while cooking and it won't charge because the cord doesn't seem to connect properly when I plug it in! I'm so disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this device about 5 months ago...no longer charges...I couldn't play without it being plugged for about a month and today it no longer charges. Very sad. I raved about this product and unfortunately was let down. Would be an excellent buy if this problem wasn't recurring...as other reviewers had the same problem.

I bought the speaker in April when I borrowed a friend's. I was so impressed with the sound quality. Now it's not charging. It's not connecting to the USB at all. I'm very disappointed.

Great Little Speaker

I received this as a gift for Christmas, and when I powered it up, and connected my phone, I was blown away by the sound. Super easy to set up, and connect, I've taken it everywhere I go, and everyone is simply amazed at the sound quality. I have also been amazed at the battery life, I pushed this speaker hard, on a full charge, and it sounded phenomenal all the way til it died, about an hour after the advertised battery life. Great little speaker
I would recommend this to a friend!

Battery depleted quickly, takes too much to charge

I bought it a week ago and have used just a couple of times. The sound is great but I doubt the battery last more than 2 or 3 hours. I have connected it to get a full charge more than 3 hours ago and it´s still charging.
I think I may have bought a defective unit and I would like to change it.

I have recieved this JBL speacker two days ago. It has been charging the whole night. Today, when I take it out of the charger, full of emotion to taste it, the battery was not charged at all. It was a present, and we don't have the recipt, so I cannot change it by another. I'm waiting for JBL SUPPORT response, and I hope thay can solve it.

I bought this speaker about 4 or 5 months ago, up until now I absolutely loved the speaker. Great quality, elegant design, and great price. However, now when I plug it in, it will not charge. The red light just blinks for a few seconds and it dies.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great until stopped charging

I have loved the sound and the JBL Flip 2 speaker overall...until it stopped charging. It looks like this is a common problem. I would love to see JBL troubleshoot the reasoning behind all of these charging issues, and if so, it would be a great product.
