[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had my frig for less than two years, and it had 3 compressor replace, which caused me to lose food each time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this fridge and had to replace the compressor 4 times within 3.5 years before finally replacing it. Came to find out LG is in a civil lawsuit because they KNOW their refrigerator compressors are JUNK. DO NOT BUY.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great fridge but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned this refrigerator for over 4 years. At 3 years and 9 months old, the compressor went. This is apparently a known problem. LG did pay for the new compressor and labor but I was without a refrigerator for 2 weeks. The new compressor has a 10 year warranty. The size and features are great!
