It is a great refrigerator for entertaining: lots of space to store food and trays of food, and multiple storage areas. The quick access door is great for families to keep the main doors closed. It is bright, well-lit (until your LED lights go out), and easy to clean. The negatives: it is a lage refrigerator, so you must have the space and enough access for it to get into place. We have had work done on it twice, so we were very happy we bought an extended warranty. It was concerning because with all the bell's and whistles,, it did not warn us that it was not cooling. The ice bin is extremely small, so don't expect it to provide enough ice for your party or gathering. Besides our two service issues, part of the plastic covering is coming off and some led lights above the drawer have gone out, neither of which are covered by the extended warranty. .But overall, it's been a good refrigerator.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our refrigerator 4-5 years ago. We love the features! When we had to have it repaired, they stood behind their product. The tech that came out to fix it was professional and did a WONDERFUL job. I would get a LG appliance again.

I have had many issues with my fridge from the very beginning of my purchase. Have had it for 1-2 years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In August I’d this year I will have owned the French door refrigerator for 5 years. The compressor had to be replace a year ago and it took over three weeks. Yes we were in the pandemic but also my husband had been in the hospital,for a month and came home to no food. Since then the ice maker has not been working. Finally got it replaced and it is still leaking. Waiting for replacement parts. My extended warranty is getting ready to expire. Guess the next thing that goes wrong I will put it to the road and but a different brand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the refrigerator for three years. Thankful I bought the extended warranty. I just had to replace the compressor, the lines because the workmanship was nonexistent when coating the lines. The repairman flush the lines, but I informed me that the rust would continue and the refrigerator may last another year.
