[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this refrigerator for 2 years And there already has issues There's not cool properly there was a class action lawsuit that I missed with about 30 different models I have been without a fridge for almost a month now
I purchased this Refrigerator, it was love at first use, but then the fan that cools the ice went out and the Refrugerator no longer cooled, upon my search I learned that this is a common issue, however the customer service was awesome, the repair were hardly any wait time and the repair guy was funny and prompt, thank you LG.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this frig for 3 1/2 years and it’s not working properly. It’s not staying cold. I paid a lot of money for this and it’s disappointing that it’s not functioning properly. I have a 15 year old frig in my garage that works great and we’ve had to use that to store food. Thankfully we bought the 5 year warranty. If you buy this frig buy the warranty.

I have babies and have had no fridge for months now even with paying extra for warranty I could write a book here this fridge has been nothing but problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved the design but after only 2 years compressor went. Then evaporator, then something on the mother board. (I have had the repair guy here 5 times in a couple months) They fix it it works for a day and then no good. So basically I have been without a working refrigerator for 2 months. This is Trash not worth the money will NEVER buy another LG product.
