The wrong condenser was installed and caused little plastic to be sent throughout the Freon line. Repair says whole frig needs to be replaced. But we are replacing parts service trip by service trip. Now waiting for more parts and another trip next week. Food wasted. No refrigerating for weeks. Understand this was a common problem with the R600 and R134 Freon issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wish we had know about the issues with this refrigerator prior to purchasing it. It has stopped working as of August 5 and today, 22 days later, we are still waiting to get someone out to look at it as they are so backed up with LG issues. We had been strong fans of LG prior to this experience but are not going to be purchasing any other LG appliances as this was an awful experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an amazing Refrigerator. It has hidden compartments where you can store all kinds of food. The freezer is a pull out drawer and very deep to store all frozen food. I love everything about this refrigerator except the ice maker. The ice itself is very small and then bin doesn't hold a lot of ice.
