[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased LG French Door refrigerator/freezer about 8 years ago. We are now going on our second compressor. The second time, the evap. coil leaked refrigerant. They just don’t make refrigerators like they used to. On the plus side, LG has stood by their warranty making repair much more affordable than buying a new one. Only problem with that is you have to wait a month between the time it breaks and the time the repairman can actually get it fixed.

We have had this fridge since 2016 and have had to have the compressor replaced twice. The fridge just randomly stops cooling. It has been pretty annoying especially since most of our food goes bad in the freezer and fridge.
