[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our refrigerator for 2 years. A month ago it quit cooling. No service providers will service LG appliances in my area. It is still not fixed. A month without a refrigerator. Unacceptable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this November 2018. Never had a problem with it other than slow ice making & clumping together, until Sunday before Thanksgiving 2021. Our condenser & ice maker crapped out on us. Luckily we had purchased additional 5yr warranty on it. It took us 2 wks to get it repaired, thank God for kids college dorm fridge, and Low Temps out on unheated back porch, we survived. It works better now than when we bought it. Ice is made in a flash and it's colder than ever. There is soooo much room in this fridge things can get lost in there. The middle drawer comes in handy for grandkids to gram their snacks/drinks instead of opening upper doors all the time. The quick grab door on the upper front right comes in handy too for things you use alot of. It's a beautiful fridge and although we were 2wks without one LG custo.er service and their repair technicians was fabulous. I would deffinitly buy this again.Thanks LG for a great product, customer service and wonderful repair technician to fix it for us.

This is the second one I have had. The first one came with the house we bought. Started having trouble with it within a few months. Replaced components everything you could imagine. Finally went out. Bought another one brand new just like it. Have had 1 year 7 months and now it's doing the same thing and lg doesn't want to cover anything. That's a lot of $ to spend on a frig that only last less than 2 years.
