[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our LG French door fridge for 5 years. For our family of 5 it has had great space and usability. I love the extra refrigerated drawer, it can fit so much and the temperature control on it to meet the need of what is in it. However, it is high maintenance. We have had to have the front panel/ice and water dispenser replaced (covered under warranty), had to de-ice it twice because of ice build up interfering with the fan (takes about 24 hours to empty fridge and freezer, unplug, prop doors and freezer open and let ice melt and drain out of fridge, clean up etc…). Never had to do that with a previous fridge. And now it is not cooling and have been waiting two weeks for a LG approved technician to come out (thanks to Covid). During that time our family of 5 is making do with a mini fridge. So overall, when it is working it is great, 5 stars. But when it isn’t working, one star. Average: 3 stars. Don’t think I would recommend to anyone, probably wouldn’t buy another LG fridge. Although I do have an LG washer and dishwasher that are fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this fridge a while ago and although we have never had any issues I was surprised to know that it no longer dispensed water or ice. After getting an LG technician take a look at it, it was determined that the wiring in the door is broken and the entire door must be replaced. I understand that issues as such come up, but it was odd to experience this within 5 years of purchasing the fridge.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge because I fell in love with the look and size but most of all the pull drawer that we use for snacks for our small children, very accessible! Unfortunately, we’ve owned the fridge for a few years and so far the compressor has stopped working twice causing complete food loss - here is where the extended warranty was used, highly recommend purchasing that.
Every year I have to replace the compressor, it stop making ice if you can emprove that you Will have an almost perfect appliance as of right now I would not recommend this product to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this refrigerator just over 6 years and we love it. It’s very spacious and we love the exterior door for milk and drinks, the middle exterior drawer for meats/cheeses/wine and the roomy freezer with 2 drawers and an adjustable divider in the bottom. We recently had the compressor go bad due to a small leak in a hose that wasn’t readily noticeable. We contacted LG directly and they sent a repairman out within the week. The compressor was still under warranty so we only paid for labor. We would highly recommend this refrigerator and we are very pleased that LG stood behind their product with excellent customer service.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great refrigerator! Love the roominess, multiple storage options, ease of use and overall quality. Unfortunately, I could't give it 5 stars due to the ice making system. Twice now an ice dam has formed in the freezer which causes the fan blade to slow or stop spinning. In turn, the ice maker stops producing and the noise from the fan hitting the "iceberg" has been very noticable. The solution has been to get a technician out to melt the ice dam and make sure all the other parts are working. Although it's been fixed twice, I'm sure this time next year I'll be making a service call. Not sure what I'll do when the 5 year extended warranty I purchase expires.
