Four years into ownership we did experience an issue, the customer service was amazing they came out next day and repaired the unit all at no charge, keep in mind four years later. I am sure this refrigerator will last longer than most marriages!

Some of the features we weren’t sure about and now enjoy (eg, the strange two-in-one door), others we thought we’d like but really don’t use (eg. the hollowed out spot on the bottom of the fridge portion with tempered glass). But the space is amazing. The fridge drawer has proven quite helpful for kid-accessible snacks, as has the freezer drawers. It’s a great refrigerator. I should mention that the compressor went out on it. But it was well within warranty and replaced without any pushback.

I bought it in 2015, replaced the compressor in 2019, left door in 2020, both are in need of replacing again and instead of spending any more $ on this refrigerator, we are using the funds for a new one.
