[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this LG refrigerator less than five years ago. The first week, the glass on the small compartments shattered. Then I realized the shelves don’t slide and I can’t reach things in the back of the shelves. Recently the compressor and condenser died. I had to wait for six weeks to have it repaired. I am so disappointed. I called the store where I purchased it. They convinced LG to pay for the parts!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We do love this refrigerator. Even though the front panel and compressor needed to be replaced, we LOVE this refrigerator. The exterior design is sleek and easy to keep clean.
The interior is bright with plenty of space and adjustable shelves. My favorite part...the center drawer adds so much more space for cheeses, cold cuts and meats. The deep freezer compartment with three storage areas give me plenty of room for the big frozen food boxes you get at the big box stores...even frozen pizzas. Finally, the side by side doors have plenty of space for taller items, and with the quick grab front door panel, I can grab frequently used items without opening the whole refrigerator.

Guess what, this week the water flow sensor went bad and it does not dispense water or make ice. Had the compressor replace last year, but, that was on your dime. It seems that this was a known defect. Other wise, its great.
