Had the refrigerator for a little over a year when the compressor overload relay failed. I repaired it myself. With the refrigerator a little over two years old, the compressor failed, a known problem with this model. It’s going to take over three weeks to get it repaired!
Pros: Style/Design

We were very picky on available brands especially, and features offered didn't then and don't now compare with our choice. It's large enough, highly efficient and very user friendly. It remains clean and fresh. I still have all the plastic covering on the fridge, 6 years on!!!! I am proud of my choice. Btw I also have an LG microwave, washer, dryer and dish washer...should that be telling?
