Request for service resulted in my spending many hours on the phone with delay after delay after delay. Now I have a very expensive and non-working refrigerator that can't be fixed. Prior to completely breaking down, the icemaker worked very poorly.

However, the compressor and the evaporator coils just bugged down two weeks ago and I have to get parts for replacement which happens to be only the compressor is under warranty. I wish this unti could have lasted at least 10 more years without trouble!

Seems like it’s a common issue on 2016,17,18 model of the refrigerator.
