We loved the door in the door and all the other extra features we were so disappointed when we came home and the refrigerator was not working. The compressor went out. I will say lg fixed it free and they have been nothing but helpful and pleasant

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Lg refrigerator 2019 and it worked great for 3?years than the compressor went out and lg replaced it . I lost $500 worth of food. 1 month later the evaporator was bad and I lost another $500 of food but Lg did fix it for free.

Disappointing for the price

This fridge has been installed since June 2016. Since then I have had to have it looked at by a technician twice, the 1st time within 2 years of purchase. Initially it was the ice maker/water dispenser. It started making a very loud banging noises. We have over the years emptied this fridge completely and leave it off for 24 hrs so it de-ices to stop the noise. We finally just turned off the dispenser completely about a year ago. Now it looks like the fridge has completely died. The freezer is fridge temperature and the fridge not cold at all. (good thing we kept the original 25 year old fridge for a standby)

Best utilization of space, lighting and easy access to manage storage of foods! Love this refrigerator, none on the market compare. Even tho after 4 years our compressor failed, I’d replace it with another LG. Thankful our warranty is still in place.
